Travelling from the North

Coming in on the A1 South take the A167 sign-posted Newcastle upon Tyne. When you get onto the Central Motorway in Newcastle take the A193 sign-posted Wallsend. After approximately 1 mile you cross Byker Bridge, once over the bridge follow A193 for about half a mile and at the next roundabout take A187 sign-posted Wallsend to traffic lights. Keep in right hand lane and Newcastle Greyhound Track is approximately 350 yards on the right hand side behind Benfield Motors.

Travelling from the South

On the A1M go past Washington Services and then fork left onto the A1 Newcastle, take the first slip road and follow A167 to Gateshead. Then follow signs for Tyne Bridge. Turn left onto the Tyne Bridge, take the 2nd slip road, sign-posted A193 Wallsend (taking the third exit). After approximately 1 mile you cross Byker Bridge, once over the bridge follow A193 for about half a mile and at the next roundabout take A187 sign-posted Wallsend to traffic lights. Keep in right hand lane and Newcastle Greyhound Stadium is approximately 350 yards on the right hand side behind Benfield Motors.
